Well, this week has been the same as any other week, I do pretty well during pracitces, but when I get up in front of people the stupid bats and churn my little tummy and I really can't concentrate and I forget the notes, which makes me worried for spring concert which is in less then two weeks. I know we are playing in a group but if someone isn't playing, or someone is really horrible, they will hear or see it.
Anyways, I think I've got my eyebrows down so they don't look so funny, and reading notes is becoming a lot easier for me so playing songs become easier and yeah, it's just fantastic.
That is very interesting Vanessa. It is so true that it is becoming a lot easier to play the songs now that we know the notes. You do have your eyebrows pretty much under control but you still need to work on them a little bit more. I cannot wait for your next blog.
ReplyDeleteWhen you play in front of the class it is just you up there, but during spring concert it will be all of us so you are not going to be put on the spot. The songs are a lot easier which will make playing them in front of people less scary since we know them well.
